Every year therefore we give ourselves the arduous task of sourcing what we believe are the best examples of the flavours and styles we wish to list. Almost as important as maintaining a completely independent buying policy is providing the breadth of choice that satisfies our customers′ tastes. Thus our mixed cases are independently created on an ad hoc basis for each customer. Those who prefer to receive more red than white are catered for. Those who dislike particular grape varieties are listened to.
