Our objective is to ensure that when guests leave us, they will be relaxed and re-energised and better equipped to manage their lives. Grayshott is not just a Spa, it is ‘the’ destination for health, beauty and leisure.Grayshott is a retreat for the stressed, those in need of a health kick, or simply those desiring sheer indulgence.

It offers an extensive array of spa packages, with professional staff on hand to advise personal programmes and exercises to suit the needs of each guest. The spa has 36 treatment rooms, sauna, steam and relaxation rooms and boasts a highly acclaimed reputation for its natural therapies. Health consultants, dieticians and a professional fitness team are able to create bespoke sessions and one to one tuition classes in Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi.

Our facilities also include two swimming pools, fully equipped Gymnasium, Tennis Academy with indoor and outdoor tennis courts, a Par 3, 9 Hole Golf Course, daily exercise programme, cinema, boutique and supervised walks in the adjacent National Trust Land. Delicious, healthy cuisine is served in The Dining Room and new Conservatory Restaurant and an international menu of sparkling wines and champagne is available in ‘Bubbles’.

Our new Spa Breaks are 2, 3, 4 and 7 night duration from a choice of De-Stress, Detox, Pamper and Health & Fitness Packages. We continue to offer a la carte rooms for a minimum 2 night stay so that you can tailor make your package and we also run a series of special events weeks, such as Weight Management, Walking Breaks, Bridge breaks, Mother To Be and New Mother Spa Breaks, details of which can be found on our website.
